                   A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING THAT HALLOWEEN 
                   TRICK-OR-TREATING BE OBSERVED BY THE 
                   CITIZENS OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA ON 
                   SATURDAY, OCTOBER 30, 1993, RATHER THAN 
                   SUNDAY, OCTOBER 31, 1993.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that Halloween "trick-or-treating" by the 
       citizens of the City of Chattanooga be and is hereby recommended 
       to be observed on Saturday, October 30, 1993, rather than Sunday, 
       October 31, 1993.
